Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office Eight (8) intends to solicit quotations from contractors to provide air exchange pressure test and laboratory hoods certifications. The Government anticipates a Fixed- Price Requirements contract. The contract ordering period is for five (5) years period of performance, subject to annual reviews. The solicitation will be issued electronically via the Federal Business Opportunities website at URL: http://www.fbo.gov on or about January 26, 2018. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued as 100% Service-Disabled Veterans-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-A-Side. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Classification Code (NAICS) 541690 is 15 Million. Contractor s must have a valid DUNS number. Request DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet at: http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform/. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to do business with the Federal Government. Register at: https://www.sam.gov/.
