DA MAp This FBO advertisement is hereby incorporated into the RLP 17-CENSUS by way of reference as an RLP attachment. The U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP) to fulfill anticipated 2020 Census Area Office requirements: City: Mayaguez State: Puerto Rico Delineated Area: North: Starting at the intersection of PR Road #2R (Calle Ramon Emeterio Betances) and PR Road #2R (Ave. Alfonso Valez Cobian), moving North-West on PR Road #2R (Ave. Alfonso Valez Cobian), ending at the intersection of PR Road #2R (Ave. Alfonso Valez Cobian) and State Road #2. West: Starting at the intersection of State Road #2 and PR Road #2R (Ave. Alfonso Valez Cobian) in the North-West, moving towards the south on State Road #2 and connecting with PR Road #114, continuing South on PR Road #114, ending at the intersection of PR Road #114 and PR Road #343. South: Starting at the intersection of PR Road #343 and PR Road #114, moving east on PR Road #343, ending at the intersection of PR Road #343 and State Road #2 in the South-East. East: Starting at the intersection of State Road #2 and PR Road #343, moving towards the north on State Road #2, exiting on Ave. Corazones connecting with PR Road #2R (Calle Ramon Emeterio Betances), moving towards the north on PR Road #2R, ending at the intersection of PR Road #2R (Calle Ramon Emeterio Betances) and PR Road #2R (Ave. Alfonso Valez Cobian). Minimum ABOA SF: 7,000 Maximum ABOA SF: 7,300 Space Type: OFFICE Term: Wave 2: 19 months, 11 months firm Parking: 2 Reserved Spaces, On site or within 3 blocks Unique Requirements: Refer to RLP Package 17-CENSUS posted on the AAAP Website (aaap.gsa.gov) and note that the building associated with this offer must be served by a full load generator to ensure uninterrupted electric service during short term and long term power outages and emergency situations at no additional cost to the Government. The occupying agency must be able to fully perform their core mission during any power outage. HOW TO OFFER: The Government is using the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP) to satisfy the above Census space requirement. The AAAP application, located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, enables interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP Package 17-CENSUS. Offered space must comply with RLP Package 17-CENSUS, posted on https://aaap.gsa.gov, and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the orange "Registration" link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides and video tutorials are offered on the AAAP homepage and in the "HELP" tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during any "Open Period". The Open Period is the 1st through the 7th of each month, ending at 11:59 p.m. EST. Offers cannot be submitted during the Closed Period (8th through the end of each month) and will not be considered for projects executed during that time period. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. All RLP Package documents can be found at https://aaap.gsa.gov or https://lop.gsa.gov. At the bottom of the homepage, before logging in, select ‘Census' from the drop-down list under the section titled ‘View AAAP Solicitations for Offer Package" then click the ‘View RLPs' button. Once logged in, the RLP Package is available by clicking the ‘RLP & Lease Documents' link at the top of the page and performing a search.
