This is the solicitation document for Region 6 procurement of Administrative and Professional Support Services This is official notification that the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Services, Contract Services Branch intends to solicit and award a contract for Administrative and Professional Support Services with positions to be filled at: Two Pershing Square 2300 Main Street Kansas City, Missouri, 64108 Kansas City North Field Office 601 E. 12th Street Kansas City, Missouri, 64106 Kansas City South Field Office 2312 Bannister Road Kansas City, Missouri, 64131 Kansas Field Office 444 SE Quincy Topeka, Kansas, 66683 Iowa Field Office 210 Walnut Street Des Moines, Iowa, 50309 Nebraska Field Office 111 South 18th Plaza Omaha, Nebraska, 68102 St. Louis East Field Office 1222 Spruce St. Louis, Missouri, 63103 St. Louis West Field Office 9700 Page Blvd Overland, Missouri, 63132 St. Louis West Field Office 4300 Goodfellow Blvd. St. Louis, Missouri, 63120 The Contractor shall provide all labor and supervision necessary to deliver the variety of administrative and professional support classifications described within the solicitation at various locations in the Heartland Region. The solicitation number is 47PG0118R0007. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on the Federal Government Electronic Posting System, www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 11/03/2017. This solicitation will be set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) certified entities. The NAICS code is 561110, and the size standard is $7.5 million. The PSC code is R699. Proposals will be due approximately thirty (30) days after the solicitation is issued unless the date for receipt of proposals is extended by the Government. Contract award will be for a base year and four (4) one (1) year options with an anticipated start date of May 1, 2018.
