Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement NCO 16 Division II Supply Team Alexandria VA Health Care System in Alexandria, LA is seeking to award an Open Market Purchase Order IAW FAR 13.106 for field verification, procurement, delivery, and installation of replacement stage curtains for the auditorium located at the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks, Fayetteville, Arkansas. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 314120, Curtain and Linen Mills. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a RFQ. Contractors shall submit offers electronically only, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). This is a Total Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) Set-Aside. In order to qualify for this set-aside, firms must be registered in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS/ITEM SPECIFICATIONS: SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK The technically acceptable quote with the lowest price will obtain the award. This RFQ closes on 1 February 2018 at Noon Central Time. Quotes are to be submitted via email to arlene.blade@va.gov. Contractors to complete and submit the attached SF 1449. Contractors to reference RFQ 3625618Q0272 -- Auditorium Stage Curtains in the subject line of their email. Vendors who do not show evidence of expertise at work/capability of meeting a requirement of this nature will not be deemed responsive.
