- 1 INTRODUCTION This requirement is for the United States Marine Corp Detachment (USMC). The USMC requires Project Management Training for their unit. •1.1 SCOPE The United States Marine Corp Detachment (USMC) has identified the need for Project Management Training for their unit. •1.2 TRAINING DESCRIPTION The training will provide the knowledge and tools needed in Project Management. The training will include the following: 1. In-depth understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge 2. Memorization of key concepts, terms, and formulas 3. Development of expert test-taking skills 1.3 Course Materials The vendor shall provide a 1 year of access to the "Student Portal" to provide access to training materials needed to include: a. Access to download the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, 5th Ed.. This is included as part of registration fee. b. Access to download Student guides from the Student Portal and following links 1. Links to all upcoming PMP Boot Camp webinars 2. Links to recordings from the current and previous PMP Boot Camp webinars 3. Downloadable student guides 4. Practice quizzes 2. REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall provide training for up to 15 students to include 40 hours of live, onsite, instructor-led training. The contractor shall provide Program Management Institute (PMI) membership for each student. The contractor shall assist each student in completing a PMI application. The contractor shall provide no less than 84 in-class practice questions and answers divided by learning module. The contractor shall provide parallel military and civilian project examples. The contractor shall provide links to over 3,000 online practice questions. The contractor shall provide a 30-day post study plan and access for 1-year to monthly instructor-led, webinar courses (same training they will receive in the classroom, but delivered by webinar monthly and can be logged into monthly webinars as often as they like for one year). The contractor shall provide membership to the Vets2PM LinkedIn Alumni networking group. The contractor shall provide training that meets PMI's requirement for 35 PDUs. The contractor shall provide a professionally written 2-page executive resume targeted at PM positions. The contractor shall provide a 4-hour interview skills workshop including two (2) post-interview telephonic debriefs and lifetime job placement assistance, including an online resume profile viewable by employers. 3. ENTERPRISE-WIDE CONTRACTOR MANPOWER REPORTING APPLICATION (ECMRA) The Contractor shall report Contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for Project Management Professional Training via a secure data collection site. Contracted services excluded from reporting are based on Product Service Codes (PSCs). The excluded PSCs are: 1) W, Lease/Rental of Equipment; 2) X, Lease/Rental of Facilities; 3) Y, Construction of Structures and Facilities; 4) D, Automatic Data Processing and Telecommunications, IT and Telecom-Telecommunications Transmission (D304) and Internet (D322) ONLY; 5) S, Utilities ONLY; 6) V, Freight and Shipping ONLY. The Contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address www.ecmra.mil Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year.
