Description

REQUEST NUMBER: D-18-ST-0120 The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to Network Innovations, Inc. located at 4950 W. Prospect Road, Ft. Lauderdale, FL for the acquisition of Satellite Radio Dispatch, Private Talk-Group and Point-to-Point Dialing services with a period of performance of March 1, 2018 through February 28, 2019. Network Innovations is deemed the only responsible source that offers the existing DEA private talk-groups and satellite radio service supporting the existing radio dispatch network. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted 14 days after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 'Simplified Acquisition Procedures.' The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 517410, Evaluation of quotations will be based on lowest price/technically acceptable. The business size standard is 1,500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is January 30, 2018, at 12:00 pm EST. All submissions should be submitted electronically to Jacqueline.m.brown@usdoj.gov.
