The following is a Sources Sought/Request for Information notice. This posted notice is not a Pre- Solicitation or Solicitation document. The government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center located at 1111 East End Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711 has a future BRAND NAME ONLY requirement for delivery of a York YCUL0020 16.9 ton capacity condensing unit with the following features: Single circuit R-410a refrigerant type (refrigerant by others) Single point Non-fused disconnect Control Transformer High/Low Ambient Kits BAS/EMS Temperature Reset/Offset Suction/Discharge pressure readout kits Hot Gas Bypass Compressor Crankcase Heaters Louvered Enclosure Acoustic Sound Blankets 1 Spring Isolators 1st Year Parts and Labor Warranty 5 year Compressor Parts Warranty Tech Available for Onsite Start-up (up to 8-hours) THIS IS DELIVERY OF THE UNIT ONLY. NO INSTALLATION IS REQUIRED. THIS IS A BRAND NAME ONLY REQUIREMENT. ANY INTERESTED PARTIES SHALL BE AN AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR/RESELLER OF YORK/JOHNSON CONTROLS, AND PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF SUCH WITH YOUR RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE.
