Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Ann Arbor, Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide 24 hour Basic Life Support (BLS) Ambulance Service and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) in accordance with local, state, and federal laws for beneficiaries of the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, Michigan, for the time period of June 1, 2018 May 31, 2019. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 621910. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Potential bidders should register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. No fax bid packages shall be accepted. Bid packages will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about February 8, 2018. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice.
