Description

Business Office 22 intends to negotiate a commercial (FAR Part 12) sole source contract with the Netsmart Technologies, 3500 Sunrise., Greater River NY, NY 117739, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-96 addendum. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for other than full and open competition is being prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is for proprietary maintenance and support of software for the Netsmart Technologies methadone automated dispensing software systems. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price contract for one base year and four (4) option years the services shall be done remotely by the contractor for all the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) locations listed below: VA West Los Angeles VA Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Clinic 11301 Wilshire Blvd. 16111 Plummer Street Los Angeles, CA 90073 North Hills, CA 91343 VA Ambulatory Care Center 351 E Temple Street Los Angeles, CA 90012 Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by 8:00 A.M. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), January 31, 2018, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely forthe purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
