Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. 36C26118Q0269 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-96, dated November 6, 2017 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) current to January 7, 2010. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a price quotation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334510, size standard 1250. This requirement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. SDVOSB sources must be listed in https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ to be considered for Award. Authorized dealers: Only firms who are authorized dealers will be considered in addition to the original equipment manufacturer. A letter from the manufacturer stating your company is an authorized dealer for the line items must be in possession by the due date and be available for submission, if requested. Please provide a quote using the attached RFQ. Only emailed price quotations received directly from interested persons are acceptable. Responses must be emailed to cristina.lansangan@va.gov by February 13, 2018 at 4:00 PM PST.
