- Solicitation Performance Work Statement (PWS) Wage Determination for USVI Statement of Work (SOW) The Puerto Rico Air National Guard, Muniz ANG Base, Carolina Puerto Rico has Request for Proposal (RFP) No: W912LR-18-R-0003 for Contractor to provide ALL personnel, management, insurances, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, transportation and any other item or service necessary to perform in accordance with contract, plans and technical specifications for project WBGA182401 Repair Roofs and Lighting at 285 Civil Engineering Squadron, Air National Guard Station located in Kingshill, St Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Period of Performance is 90 Calendar days from issuance of order. The contract will be firm-fixed Price type. The Project magnitude is between $100K and $250K. The anticipated Solicitation release date is on or about 4 February 2018. The anticipated Solicitation closing date is on or about 24 February 2018 (See Solicitation for specific dates) The RFP will be issued as 100% Small Business Set-aside. This solicitation is a Small Business Administration (SBA) geographic local area set aside. Competition is limited to eligible Small Business firms located in the Puerto Rico/US Virgin Islands District Office of the SBA. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 236220. The size standard is $36,500,000.00. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The solicitation and amendments, if any, shall be submitted to the location specified on the RFP on or before the closing time and date.
