Description: This is a presolicitation for pipe: 1,200 inches of 5" Schedule 120 pipe. Pipe will be noncommercial Level 1 Material, manufactured to Specification MIL-DTL-23226H. Specifications will be released when the solicitation is posted. This pipe will undergo stringent ultrasonic testing procedures. Full pipe specifications will be available on or around 02/25/2018 under solicitation N39040-18-Q-0125. This requirement will NOT be a small business set-aside; a full-and-open solicitation will be issued.
