- **ATTENTION: THE SOLICITATION NUMBER HAS CHANGED FROM W912WJ18Q0047 TO W912WJ18A0004** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the proposed Electrical Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) at the following two (2) project locations; KNIGHTVILLE DAM PROJECT OFFICE - 49 KNIGHTVILLE DAM ROAD, HUNTINGTON, MA 01050 LITTLEVILLE LAKE PROJECT OFFICE - 32 GROSS HILL ROAD, HUNTINGTON, MA 01050 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to execute the electrical services for each BPA Call under the proposed agreement. No single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. The BPA Master Dollar Limit is $250,000. The intent of the proposed BPA is to provide the government with a cost-effective rapid response way to maintain the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facilities. The period of performance for the proposed contract will be upto THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS AFTER AWARD. This solicitation will be available on or about 18-JANUARY-2018 with an anticipated quote due date of 29-JANUARY-2018, and an expected award date of 01-FEBRUARY-2018. The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self-register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15,000,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the New England District.
