- Tax Liability This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912NS-18-Q-6005 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-82. This procurement is full and open competition. The NAICS code is 336413 and the small business size standard is 1250 Employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001: Brand name or equal to item: Aero Model 950050 Military 2830 Passenger Stairway. Equal to item shall include the following: Service passenger door heights of 134" to 223" for Aircraft A300, A310, A320, A321, A330, A340, B747, B757, B767, B777, MD11, MD10 and L1011. Platform capacity 1000 lbs, stairway capacity 3500 lbs. Folding towbar with 3" diameter eye. Adjustable platform height using hand pump. Battery powered LED lighting system, on - board battery charger, battery level indicator, stabilizer jacks, sliding handrails, non-marring soft rubber bumpers. Solid step treads. Epoxy powder coated: Customer color CLIN 0002: Electric power lift for passenger stairways.
