- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey, Reston Stable Isotope Laboratory, based in Reston VA, has a requirement for analytical instrumentation maintenance and repair services. The majority of work is on older mass spectrometers and related instrumentation, circuitry and software that is no longer under warranty and have been modified for specialized uses. Quotes shall provide pricing and specifications that conform to the characteristics described in Section B.2., Performance Work Statement. This is an indefinite delivery contract with time and materials orders. A site visit is scheduled for 02/20/2018 (refer to Section E.6.). The contract start date is 06/04/2018 for the base period plus four option years. The award will be made to the offer that is most advantageous to the Government. Refer to Section E.9, for the Evaluation Factors and Scenario. Quote submissions are due on or before 02/27/2018. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 811219, and size standard $20.5 million. The anticipated award date of the contract is by 03/13/2018. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the government. Responses must be emailed to sruggles@usgs.gov.
