For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE), and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX6F6564AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a Five -Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a minimum quantity of 32 each up to a maximum of 170 each of a " Housing Assembly, Gearbox," NSN: 1615-01-125-0779, Part Number: 70357-06305- 042 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon syste m. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 32 each, 642 days after contract award (DACA) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA, 17070. Forecasted quantities are as follows: 1st Year - 32 each 2nd Year- 35 each 3rd Year - 35 each 4th Year - 35 each 5th Year - 35 each This item is restricted to the following sources: Timken Aerospace Transmissions, LLC (CAGE 15152) and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE 78286). This part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the SAMAR website, http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar, and then click on "AMCOM Spare Parts Manufacturer or Distributor SAR." All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
