- AMENDMENT # 0001 TO SOLICITATION # 72062418R00004 Amendment #0001 to Solicitation # SOL-72062418R00004. Personal Service Contract of a U.S. Citizen or a Third Country National as a Malaria Resident Advisor. Ladies/Gentlemen: The purpose of this amendment 0001 is to: 1. On page 3 of the solicitation delete and replace AREA OF CONSIDERATION as follows : The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications of qualified U.S Citizen or Third Country Nationals (TCN) interested in providing Personal Services Contract services as described in the attached solicitation. Third Country National means an individual who is neither a citizen nor a permanent legal resident alien of the United States nor a citizen of the cooperating country. 2. Under Section 12 incorporate the following AIDAR Appendix D, TCNPSC may be eligible for benefits in accordance with AIDAR Appendix J, sec. 4(c)(2)(ii)(A). All other Terms remain unchanged Any questions concerning this solicitation may be directed to Daniel Kissiedu at dkissiedu@usaid.gov later than February 15, 2018; no questions will be entertained after this date.
