- This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4- 1 year option years. The part being procured is a Reservoir, Air Bleed, for NSN 1660-01-139-6916 for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 43. IAW Sikorsky Aircraft. CAGE 78286; P/N 65313-09021-101. Approved Source: Tavco Inc. CAGE 99221; P/N 23111388. The required delivery schedule is 625 days. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Surge and Sustainment is not required. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN.
