NOTICE OF INTENT to award Sole Source- Calibration and Maintenance service of the two multipurpose printability testers THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR BIDS, QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. THIS PROCUREMENT ACTION IS FOR THE ACQUISTION OF CALIBRATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE of two multipurpose printability testers. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Office of Acquisition intends to sole-source this requirement to PRUFBAU DR-ING H DURNER, GMBH, and Aich 17-23 Peirsenberg. Germany. The applicable North America Classification Code NAICS) is 811310, Industrial equipment and machinery repair and maintenance services With a Small Business size standard of $7.5 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation will not be posted. To be considered, responses MUST be received NO LATER THAN 12:00PM, EASTERN STANDARD TIME, FEBRUARY 13, 2018. Additionally, interested sources must be registered and currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM), found at https://www.sam.gov.
