Description

Utilizing procedures under FAR Part 13.106-1(b), Naval Hospital Bremerton (NHB) Contracting Office, Bremerton, WA intends to to award to sole source Firm Fixed Priced contract with Translogic Corporation for the autopack maintenance service and software upgrade includes on-site preventative maintenenace visits every six (6) months of each equipment and phone support. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered for future acquisitions. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the government. the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811219 with a size standard of $20.5M. All documents submitted will not be returned. All interested parties shall submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed above to Contracting Officer, Scot Griep, by email at lesliescot.h.griep.civ@mail.mil. The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the abillity to support these requirements. Naval Hospital Bremerotn will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. As a result of analyzing responses to this notice of intent, the Government shall determine if a solicitation will be issued. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-FEB-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
