Description

The Alabama National Guard issues this combined synopsis/solicitation as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Commercial Items in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This procurement is issued as a Small Business Set Aside, and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 541890 -- Other Services Related to Advertising. Business Size Standard -- $15,000,000. The Alabama National Guard intends to enter into a firm-fixed price contract for a Digital Advertising Campaign Subscription. This service shall consist of: Advanced Audience Targeting Banner Advertising on thousands of other sites throughout the Geo of Choice. Utilizing Search Targeting, Site Retargeting, and Contextual Targeting + Facebook Targeting + Geo-Fencing locations of our choice. Core Desktop + Mobile Impression. Period-of-Performance: 01-March-2018 through 30-September-2018 Refer to the attached Performance Work Statement. This solicitation requires registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at: www.sam.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA). All Offerors shall submit information to https://www.fbo.gov or email to: dorothy.w.boatner.mil@mail.mil. All submissions to be marked ATTN: Dorothy Boatner and shall be received no later than Tuesday, 20 February 2018 at 9:00 A.M. CST.
