- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for CAMBIUM PTP 45700 RADIO SETS in support of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The FAA contemplates award of a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order as a result of this Request for Quotation(RFQ). NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EITHER MAILED,FAXED OR EMAILED TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST. CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. This procurement is unrestricted (no set aside for small business). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334290 with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. Please see attached RFQ documents for further information. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached RFQ document(s). If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the RFQ document(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Cilony Alejandro, Contracting Officer (AAQ-721), via e-mail at Cilony.alejandro@faa.gov. Responses are due February 20, 2018 by 5:00 PM CT. If all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's quote, the offeror's quote may bedetermined ineligible for further consideration. This RFQ is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested quote documentation. NOTICE for informational purposes for Minority, Women-owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provideaccounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $570,000.
