- Wage Determinations Appendix A Equipment Listing PMXG Appendix A Equipment Listing CMXG Appendix A Equipment Listing AMXG Performance Work Statement RFP Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a 100% small business set aside contract for the following services: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform Preventive Maintenance and Remedial Maintenance (PM/RM) on 19 Embossing Tag Machines at the Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). The machines are as follows AMXG seven (7), CMXG one (1), and PMXG eleven (11). The equipment is listed in three (3) Appendix As (On-Base) and three (3) Government Furnished Property (GFP) Attachments #5, #6, and #7 (Off-Base), as applicable. The Contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services, parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein, conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and this PWS. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract is contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance (POP) is: 1 April 2018 - 31 March 2019 The proposed Option I period of performance (POP) is: 1 April 2019 - 31 March 2020 The proposed Option II period of performance (POP) is: 1 April 2020 - 31 March 2021 The proposed Option III period of performance (POP) is: 1 April 2021 - 31 March 2022 The proposed Option IV period of performance (POP) is: 1 April 2022 - 31 March 2023 The estimated award date is 23 March 2018. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 with a size standard of $25,500,000. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
