- Redacted J&A 17-26. This is a notice of award for contract FA8808-18-C-0002 IAW FAR 5.301(a)(1)(ii). The attached Justification & Approval (J&A) authorized the non-competitive award of contract FA8808-18-C-0002 and is being made publicly available within 14 days of contract award IAW FAR 5.301(d)(1) and FAR 6.305(a). The J&A will remain publicly available on FedBizOpps for 30 days IAW FAR 6.305(d)(1, 3). A previous Notice of Contract Action was posted on 15 September 2017 for sole source solicitation FA8808-18-R-0002. The Contractor shall provide the necessary personnel, material, services, and facilities to produce, integrate, and test the payloads. The Contractor shall define and document the required specifications, interfaces, design features and constraints, hardware and software elements, and data products necessary to support the Government's acquisition, Integration and Test (I&T), launch, and on-orbit operation of the EPS-R payload. The Contractor shall provide program management, business and scheduling management, subcontracts management, mission assurance, material acquisition management, and processes management. The period of performance is from Feb 2018 to Dec 2023.
