Description

The East Orange NJ VA Medical Center located at 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, NJ 07018 has a requirement for a service maintenance agreement for one Dental I-CAT Code Beam Scanner. The service maintenance plan shall include 24hr/7day a week telephone support, on-site support with a response time (Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm), all parts and labor for repairs, Tubehead & Sensor replacement, and software updates. All work shall be performed by OEM certified technicians using only new original equipment manufacturer replacement parts. The NAICS Code is 811219. The VA anticipates award of a fixed price contract. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the VA. This is not a solicitation.
