Description
This is a Request for Information (RFI) is for a requirement for food service support (Breakfast, Dinner, and Midnight meals) at Camp Grayling, Michigan. The Army will be deploying approximately 450 Army Personnel for a training exercise from 07 July 2018 to 27 July 2018. The Government will provide the dining facility capable of seating 150 people at Camp Grayling. The contractor shall provide all food supplies and raw subsistence. Cooking services may be performed either on or off-site, but if off-site then the contractor is responsible for transportation to the dining facility. The Contractor is also required to stay up to one day after the end of the contract for cleaning, closing out the contract, and turning in building and equipment, the contractor will not be released until the building has been cleared. The contractor will also be required to serve the food, clean the kitchen area and dining facility, and clear tables. The contractor will be required to provide cleaning supplies, eating and drinking utensils, plates, and to go containers for to-go orders for units in the field (if required). No RFQ exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. Responses to this RFI are not quotes on which ACC-RI can issue orders. This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications (Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Women Owned Small Business, HubZone 8(a), 8(a), HubZone, Small Business, Emerging Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and Large Business relative to the NAICS. The Government will use the responses received for information/planning purposes and to identify potential sources as part of market research. All information received in response to this RFI marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. ACC-RI will not pay for information received in response to this RFI. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Please submit RFI responses by email to: Meagan Cagle, meagan.b.cagle.civ@mail.mil, (309) 782-4485 by 9:00 AM Central Time March 1, 2018. The ACC-RI requests demonstration of capability by interested parties through submittal of a brief capability statement. Please adhere to the page limit and provide as much of the following information as possible. 1. Not exceed and will be restricted up to eight pages. 2. Shall be electronically submitted to Ms. Cagle at the email address provided. A paper copy is not required or desired. 3. Important - Include small business classification(s): Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Women Owned Small Business, HubZone 8(a), 8(a), HubZone, Small Business, Emerging Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, and Large Business relative to the NAICS.
