- Final F-15 DePaint Performance Work Statement (PWS) Wage Determination 1. The purpose of this modification/amendment is to correct the time and date for the receipt of offer(s) and to incorporate the final performance work statement (PWS) and Wage Determination. 2. The time and date for the receipt of offer(s) is corrected as follows: FROM: 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 14 Feb 2018 TO: 5:00 P.M., eastern Standard Tine, 16 Feb 2018 3. The attached Final PWS and Wage Determination are hereby incorporated and made apart of subject combined synopsis solicitation. 4. All other terms and conditions remains unchanged.
