- This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Proposals to rehabilitate the Barnes Point Water System at the Lake Crescent area, Olympic National Park, WA. This amendment no. 0005 is necessary to extend the response date, make available the revised and final versions of the "READ ME FIRST" document, the "Terms & Conditions" document, the "DOL Wage Determination" document, the "Specifications" document, Drawings "C-8," "C-10," "E-2," "E-3," and to include additional "Q and A" received after Amendment 0004. (1) The response date for when proposals are due is extended. The response date is changed from 5pm (PST) on 2/9/18, to 4:30pm (PST) on 2/28/18. (2) The Standard Form 30 (SF-30) for this Amendment no. 0006 is added to the solicitation as Attachment no. 18. (3) The document titled READ ME FIRST is revised to update the period of performance information. The revised version is included as Attachment 19 dated 2/14/18. Attachment 19 shall fully replace the previous version that was Attachment no. 1. (4) The Terms & Conditions are revised to update Sections F, C, and J. The revised version is included as Attachment no. 20 dated 2/14/18. Attachment no. 20 shall fully replace the previous version that was Attachment no. 3 dated 11/16/17. (5) The Dept. of Labor has updated their Wage Determination WA180069 (Davis-Bacon Act wage rates). The updated version is included as Attachment no. 21 dated 1/5/18. Attachment no. 21 shall fully replace the previous version that was Attachment no. 4, Wage Determination WA170069 dated 6/2/17. (6) The project specifications document is revised to update SECTION 22 05 19. The revised version is included as Attachment no. 22. This final revised version of the specifications shall fully replace the previous versions that were Attachments no. 5 and 14. (7) The original set of drawings included as Attachment 6 was fully replaced by Attachment 15 included at time of Amendment 0004. Drawings numbered as C-8, C-10, E-2, and E-3 are revised. In Attachment 15, Offerors shall discard drawings C-8, C-10, E-2, and E-3, and replace just those pages with these new versions, included as Attachments no. 23 (Revised Drawing C-8), Attachment 24 (Revised Drawing C-10), Attachment 25 (Revised Drawing E-2), and Attachment 26 (Revised Drawing E-3). (8) Additional Q&A is added to the solicitation as Attachment no. 27, for questions received after Amendment 0004 was posted. REMINDER HOW TO FIND THE ATTACHMENTS. REMINDER: PROPOSALS ARE DUE BY 4:30pm (PST) ON FEBRUARY 28, 2018. Refer to Section L of the Revised Terms-Conditions (Attachment 20) for full details of what to include in proposal, how and where to submit the bid bond vs. rest of the proposal documents. REMINDER ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL. Submit questions to Phaedra Fuller, Contracting Officer. Email address is Phaedra_Fuller@nps.gov. Please reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the email, as "140P8318R0002/QUESTION." Final questions shall be submitted no later than 2pm (PST) on Thursday, 2/22/18. Interested parties are urged to check for amendments. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
