Description

Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a firm-fixed-price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for design-build (DB) and design-bid-build (DBB) new construction, renovation, alteration, and repair for large general construction projects primarily in the Camp Lemonier, Djibouti, Africa (CLDJ), but may be used through the NAVFAC area of responsibility (AOR), worldwide.
