Description
AMENDMENT #2 Questions and Answers for Solicitation #140P2018R0031 1. Allow potential bidders to show current states of licensure or certification only and not have this calculate into any rating of most-highly-qualified; The requirement stands as is 2. Optionally, allow potential bidders to satisfy this requirement by holding national certification or accreditation such as NCARB, NCIDQ or NCEES or ‘local, as needed'. National Certification/Accreditation are not sufficient. The NPS requires State License for any work performed within its boundaries. 3. Allow firms to show evidence of current licensure within 30 days of being notified as the most highly qualified firm(s); The requirement stands as is. In the Primary Area, each discipline must be licensed by each of the 13 states. In the Secondary Area, the selectee must show they are eligible to become licensed in the other states, not actually be licensed within 30 days of award. 4. Allow firms to get licensed in specific states or territories as the need arises and asking them to show best efforts, within 30 days of the issuance of a scope of work/RFP request, to attain that licensure; Requirement stands as is. 5. Provide reimbursement for all licensure costs as a project reimbursement (of note, this will cover initial costs but not the continuing annual costs incurred by the firm). There is no reimbursement for licensure costs.
