Description

Notice is provided of the Government's intent to modify contract W56KGY-15-D-0005 to increase the ordering ceiling by $45,838,723 from $98,645,398 to $144,484,121 and extend the period of performance by twelve (12) months, from 24 July 2018 to 24 July 2019. W56KGY-15-D-0005 was awarded to Raytheon Company under the authority of 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) § 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This contract is for the procurement of repairs and modifications to the Common Sensor Payload units previously acquired by the U.S. Army. The proposed modification is being issued under the same authority. The Government projects award of this modification by the end of June 2018. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) - All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
