- Construction Wage Rate and Construction Clauses/Provisions has been incorporated into the solicitation. This is a solicitation for the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Carson, CO Solicitation No. W911RZ-18-Q-0024. The MICC Fort Carson, on behalf of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), intends to issue a single award contract under the Authority of FAR part 13, for the delivery and application of magnesium chloride dust palliative. The delivery and application of magnesium chloride dust palliative is to be applied to selected gravel roads on Fort Carson (El Paso County) and Piñon Canyon (Pueblo) Colorado. The Contractor shall meet all requirements and procedures of the Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor will complete delivery and application as specified in the SOW. The Government reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any industry input as a result of this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests. It is the Government's intent to issue a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract for this requirement. The proposed acquisition is a Total (100%) Small Business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 325180. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. The Government intends to award to the lowest price offeror. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 325180 (b) EMPLOYEES: 1000 Questions must be submitted no later than: 1400 (2:00pm) MST, 21 February 2018 All quotes must be submitted no later than: 1400 (2:00pm) MST, 02 March 2018 Delivery location: refer to solicitation document Sellers must read and comply with all specifications, shipping information, and terms outlined in the attachments. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Fort Carson, CO 80813). All quotes must be provided in accordance with (IAW) the requirement outlined in the solicitation, in particular, the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items. Request for Information (RFI) for this requirement must be sent via e-mail to the below listed points of contact (POCs) no later than the above specified dates. Quotes must be submitted as required in the solicitation. The government will not guarantee a response to any question and/or clarifications after the submission deadline stated in the solicitation. All information regarding this requirement will be communicated via FBO. All communications regarding the submission of quotes or requests for information (RFIs), including any questions technical in nature, must be made in writing via e-mail to the listed POCs. Questions will NOT be answered by telephone or in person(TELEPHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED). It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for any updates and amendments. Offerors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through https://www.acquisition.gov. Contractor must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current and complete. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code).
