Description

Request for Quote Justification and Approval Document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic, US Army Health Contracting Activity, US Army Medical Command intends to award a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price contract for Trauma Quality Program Consulting Services for Womack Army medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC. The period of performance will be from 1 march 2018 through 28 February 2022.
