NGB Coin Example 4 NGB Coin Example 3 NGB Coin Example 2 NGB Coin Example 1 Military Challenge Coin Questionnaire THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This is a notice of intent to award a five-year BPA for challenge coins by the Department of the Army, National Guard Bureau (NGB). NGB would require 10 to 15 unique coin designs with a total annual requirement of approximately 12,000 coins. Each of the coin designs may change throughout the life of the BPA necessitating the need for a redesign. Orders for each of the coin designs would be individually placed on an 'as needed' basis. Several coin designs are attached to provide a general understanding of the requirement. Interested parties that believe they could satisfy this requirement may submit the completed questionnaire (attached) on or before the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email to robert.t.rogers34.mil@mail.mil. All responses to this notice of intent must be submitted so that they are received at robert.t.rogers34.mil@mail.mil no later than March 16, 2018 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. NOTHING HEREIN SHOULD BE MISCONSTRUED AS A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, QUOTES OR BIDS. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE NOR IS ONE INTENDED TO BE ISSUED.
