- Fencing Pic Bicycle Fence Pic Statement of Need RFQ The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being used for procurement of Air Show Barriers and Fence. Refer to the attached Statement of Need (SON) for more information. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532412. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) is W038. The size standard as described by the U.S. Small Business Administration for this procurement is $7.5M. Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, DPN 20171228, and AFAC 2017-1003. Beale AFB, CA intends to award a single award for Air Show Barriers and Fence In Accordance With (IAW) the attached SON. This Request for Quote shall be a 100 percent small business set aside. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. Offerors may register at www.sam.gov. A DUNS (Duns and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register.
