Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS CONDENSING BOILERS PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES. The VHA NCO 09 - Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for the Lexington VA Medical Center, Engineering Dept., located at 2250 Leestown Rd, Lexington, KY 40511. The Engineering Dept. needs a contract for one base period and 4 one year options for Condensing Boilers Preventive Maintenance Services. This procurement will be a Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $7.5 Million. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp websites on or about February 16, 2018. These dates are subject to change. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract.
