- Brand Name Justification RFQ M00146-18-Q-X040 The Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) East, MCAS Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for National Instruments LabView Software Licenses and Support. T he proposed contract action is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210 with a corresponding size standard of $38,500,000.00. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and ensure their annual representations and certifications are current in SAM.
