- RFQ This Synopsis/Solicitation is for a New Firm-Fixed Price sole source, definitized, new firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract with a base year and four options for ILS Database Subscription access for 61-100 concurrent users. The purpose of this Synopsis / Solicitation is to award a Sole Source, Definitive, Fixed-Price type contract to Inventory Locator Service (ILS), LLC, CAGE 8J234, 8001 Centerview Pkwy, STE 400, Cordova, TN 38018. Proposal must be in accordance with far 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- these are commercial items and shall include technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. Requests for solicitation will be accepted by mail or email. You may mail your request to Army Contracting Command - Redstone, ATTN: CCAM-ALR, Eustlene Bailey, Sparkman Center Bldg. 5303 2nd Floor, Martin Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898- 5000, or send email requests to eustlene.e.bailey.civ@mail.mil. Proposals may be hand-carried (reference solicitation for details), mailed via the US Postal Service, emailed, or delivered by a commercial delivery service. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds.
