Description

Preventative Maintenance and Services on Skytron Operating Room Equipment Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Salt Lake City, UT 84148 Brief Scope of Work (This is for information only) General: The Salt Lake City Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Biomedical Engineering Department has a requirement for a Full-Service and Preventative Maintenance Service & Repair Contract for Skytron Surgical tables, Skytron Surgical Boom Arms and Skytron Surgical Lights in the 6 Operating Rooms. Service provider shall provide full service maintenance to include preventive maintenance (hereafter called PM), routine maintenance, and emergency repair maintenance services for the Government-owned equipment (see below equipment list). Equipment is located in building 14, 3rd floor, surgical / operating room area. Our intent is for this to be a Base plus four Option Year contract. Scope of Work: CONTRACTOR will perform scheduled PM and service as per manufacturer s recommendations. CONTRACTOR will include two PM visits per covered unit, per year, providing appropriate prescheduled maintenance for the covered units. PM will be accomplished semi-annually (two times a year) approximately during the months of March and September. Equipment to be Covered: Operating Room (OR) Suite #1, OR Suite #2, OR Suite #3, OR Suite #4, OR Suite #5, and OR Suite #6: Includes the itemized list for each Operating Room that has the Skytron boom arms, Skytron Overhead Surgical lights and Surgical Tables in each surgical room.
