The Government anticipates awarding a single award ID/IQ with both firm fixed price and cost contract line items (HYBRID) for labor and all efforts relating to the performance required to meet the terms and conditions of the contract. This will be a five (5) year ID/IQ contract with task orders (TOs) that will be funded annually, based on the availability of funds. The initial TO period of performance is 12 months from the date of award. Initial Base Period Option Year 1 Option Year 2 Option Year 3 Option Year 4 Dates will be established and reasonably adjusted to accommodate contract award dates; however, each period of performance shall be one (1) year. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) is 493110, General Warehousing and Storage and the size standard is $27.5 M to classify as a small business. THIS IS AN 8(A) SET-ASIDE. The Government anticipates awarding a single award ID/IQ with a period of performance of 12 months and 4 (1) year option periods. The Government reserves the right to award one or no contracts as a result of the solicitation. The question and answer period is available via the solicitation document. All questions shall be submitted no later than the date specified in the solicitation. The Government will provide its answers to the questions. The Government will not guarantee a response to any question and/or clarifications after the submission deadline stated in the solicitation. All information regarding this requirement will be communicated via FBO. TELEPHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
