Description

The VA Medical Center Altoona, has a requirement for full leasing, preventative maintenance, and repair services for a qty of four (4) infusion pumps. The anticipated POP is from 03/01/2018-02/28/2019 with a 12 month base period and four option years. The solicitation number is 36C24418Q2055 and it is issued as a Combined Synopsis, Request for Quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423450 with a small business size standard of 500. All items will be delivered to VA Medical Center Altoona, 2907 Pleasant Valley Blvd Altoona, PA 16602. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price Technically Accepted (LPTA).
