- ELASTOMERIC MIL SPECS RFQ COLORED FILM REQUIREMENTS Commercial Supplies Services Clauses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and no other solicitaion documents will be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 70Z025-18-Q-3L3B01. The U.S. Coast Guard Base Detachment St. Louis has a requirement to purchase colored elastomeric or non-reflective fluorescent film of various sizes, and pre-cut to specific predetermined intervals, as described in the attached REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ), REQUIREMENTS and MILSPECS, utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside and will be awarded based on Lowest Cost Technically Acceptable. The FOB Destination delivery is: U. S. Coast Guard Industrial Production Department, Attention: Mr. Leonard Raasch, 100 Arsenal St, St. Louis, MO 63118 on or before March 20, 2018. Companies quoting should include the following: (1) Solicitation RFQ # (2) Name, address, telephone number and POC of offerer (3) Price, Availability, and any discount terms. We are a Tax Exempt Agency; please do not include Federal or State Tax in the quoted price. (4) Completed copy of the representation and certifications FAR Subpart 52.2 (see document titled FAR Clauses attached to this solicitation.) (5) Company Tax Information Number and DUNS number. Vendor must be registered or agree to register with System for Award Management, www.sam.gov, formerly known as Central Contractor Registration, www.ccr.gov, before the award can be made. (6)Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in this solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. (7) All responsible sources may submit a quote, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency.
