- Auction Description: Product Specification: Unitron model UFC-45M 45kVA Frequency Converter Power output at 115V AC with an optional 28V DC power output. The Frequency Converter unit input must be 208V, 3 phase, 50/60 Hz maximum full load input current 114 amps and the output must be 115V L-N / 200V L-L, 3 phase, 400 Hz, 45 kVA. The Frequency Converter unit must be a solid state electrical 400 Hz mobile power ground power cart capable of both indoor and outdoor use which is CE marked and MIL-STD-704F, ARP 5015, DFS 400 and ISO 6858 compliant. The Frequency Converter must have the following features: digital control panel, +/- 5% input current distortion, automatic input line monitoring, advanced integrated display (AID) console, 8000 event log diagnostics, RS232 and USB ports, RS485 or Ethernet interface, 15% automatic line drop compensation (ALDC), emergency power OFF switch (EPO), 18 inch hazard area clearance, no break power transfer (NBPT) compatible, I/O voltage, current and frequency monitoring, elapsed time meter, input surge protection in accordance with IEEE C62.41 (Category B), front panel summary fault indicators, pneumatic ramp tires with roll prevention, cable racks for input and output cables, input high voltage transient protection (lightning strikes) with front panel preventative maintenance annunciation, white in color and include an operational and maintenance manual. The new unit must have a one (1) year parts and labor warranty. The Frequency Converter must also come complete with a 50 foot, single jacket 3 conductor with ground, pigtailed and plug ready input cable and a 30 foot, banded multiple conductor for 400 Hz unit with aircraft plug output cable. Physical dimensions of the unit must be 33 W x 40 D x 44 H and weigh 580 lbs. The crated shipping specifications should be 48 L x 56 W x 52 H and weigh 1,000 lbs. This solicitation is being conducted using GSA Reverse Auctions which is an online quote solicitation platform where sellers successively bid prices down until the auction time ends and an award can be made to the apparent low bidder if it meets the soicitation terms and conditions and is technically acceptable. The Auction solicitation will begin on the date and time this solicitation is posted and will end on the date and time stated in this notice or as otherwise displayed in ReverseAuctions.gsa.gov. All quotes shall be submitted via the GSA Reverse Auctions platform. This will constitute the only opportunity for Offerors to submit pricing for this solicitation; offline bids will not be accepted. Offerors shall submit pricing and any requested or applicable attachments in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Offerors that are not currently registered for Open Market in GSA Reverse Auctions should complete the following steps to complete their registration: Step 1: Go to reverseauctions.gsa.gov Step 2: Click on VENDOR LOGIN on the top right hand corner Step 3: Click on Open market vendor registration link at the bottom Step 4: Complete registration information (Note: If you would like to receive email notifications based on a particular NAICS Code or Codes) Select Add NAICs Codes. Ten codes can be selected by clicking the Add NAICS Code button. Step 5: Once you submit registration you will receive an email notification to confirm registration.
