- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract for FSC 1680 Environmental Sensor Assembly. A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort. This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1680-011006631. The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance. This is a FAR 15 effort. The below NSN has been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1680-011006631 ENVIRONMENTAL SENSOR ASSEMBLY Estimated Annual Demand - 919 each Minimum Order Quantity - 230 each Maximum Order Quantity - 919 each Maximum Contract Quantity - 7160 each This Solicitation is set aside for small businesses The approved sources of supply are as follows: FXC Corporation 52497 P/N 811-00112 AMI INDUSTRIES, INC. DBA GOODRICH 31218 P/N A114310-513 United Dynamics, Inc. DBA 0XWR4 P/N 9800200-10 Meggitt Safety Systems, Inc. DBA 05167 P/N 300900-5 FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This is a Life Support as well as a Critical Application Item. Shelf Life and Export Control restrictions apply. Government First Article Testing (FAT) and Government Production Lot Testing apply (PLT) as well. Delivery is 180 days for the First Article Samples, 125 days for Testing and Evaluation, 196 days for the Production Quantity/PLT, 125 days for Lot Evaluation and Notification, and 15 Days for Delivery of Production Quantity to the Government. The total delivery is 641 days ARO. SURGE is not required for this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. Best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated using the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). The solicitation includes procurement notice L09 Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
