Description

SCA Wage Determination STATEMENT OF WORK SOLICITATION Contractor shall provide properly equipped fifty-five passenger coaches and qualified driver for two trips (17-18 April 2018 and 18-19 September 2018). All trips will begin and end at Defense Supply Center Richmond, Parking Lot # 9. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 485510. The small business size standard is $15 Million. Contractor must be able to provide all services required in the SOW. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirements stated in the SOW and the solicitation. The Service Contract Labor Standards clause applies to this requirement. Wage Determination No. 2015-4313; Revision No. 6 Dated 1/10/18 will be applicable to a resultant contract award. See Attachment #2-Wage Determination. Solicitation package includes: RFQ, SOW, and SCA Wage Requirements. All relevant solicitation documents, including statement of work, may be accessed for download beginning the date of issue at the following site: http://www.fbo.gov. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database through www.sam.gov in order to receive a federal government contract.
