- Request for Proposal (RFP) Instrument Quantity List Attachment I - Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment II - Reps and Certs/FAR 52.212 The solicitation number for this requirement is NIH-OD-18-0221 and this is a RFP. All proposals are due, electronically to Darlene.Johnson@nih.gov no later than Tuesday, March 6, 2018, 10:00 am. Eastern Standard Time (EST). In accordance with the terms of FAR 12.603: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as a Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811219 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), and the size standard for such requirement is $19 million. The resulting contract will be a Fixed Price IDIQ. The anticipated award date is on or before March 30, 2018. The contract Performance Period is: one 12-month Base Period and four 12-month Option Periods. See attachments for specific RFP details.
