- *DESCRIPTION 1) 193-N-CL-A Rate Table Blackbody System Qty 1 ea Includes: 017-025-000/B Blackened Aperture 0.0019" I.D qty 1 017-026-000/B Blackened Aperture 0.0047" I.D. qty 1 017-027-000/B Blackened Aperture 0.0208" I.D. qty 1 017-169-000/B Blackened Aperture 0.0310" I.D. qty 1 Blackbody Cone/Buffered Shield 2) FES-04 Fixed Temp Extended Area Source (145°C) Qty 1 ea *PROCUREMENT TYPE The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) 1) 193-N-CL-A Rate Table Blackbody System Qty 1 ea, Includes: 017-025-000/B Blackened Aperture 0.0019" I.D qty 1,017-026-000/B Blackened Aperture 0.0047" I.D. qty 1, 017-027-000/B Blackened Aperture 0.0208" I.D. qty 1, 017-169-000/B Blackened Aperture 0.0310" I.D. qty 1, Blackbody Cone/Buffered Shield Qty 1 2) FES-04 Fixed Temp Extended Area Source (145°C) Qty 1 ea. This requirement is sole sourced to Electro Optical Industries, Inc., 320 Storke Road, Suite 100, Goleta, CA 93117 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement as this is a direct replacement part used in existing equipment that must match the current hardware in all aspects of mechanical, electrical and software. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893618Q0096.
