- NSN 1450-014785075, PARTS KIT-SEAL REPL, WSDC 01F. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract, Qty 166. FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Government First Article Testing applies. This solicitation will be solicited as Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as descrbed in the solicitation.
