EXHIBIT F EXHIBIT C EXHIBIT B EXHIBIT A J&A BEST CORES J&A ADVANTOR AF FORM 6 SUBMITTAL REGISTER SOW - RENOVATE B1191 Rev5 22Feb18 SPECIFICATIONS VOLUME 2 OF 2 SPECIFICATIONS VOLUME 1 OF 2 COMBINED DRAWING SET SOLICITATION DOCUMENT Construction contract for project FWJH162337 Renovate B1191 project at the 147 Attack Wing Ellington Field JRB Houston, TX. Work will be performed in accordance with the contract, plans and technical specifications. This action is being solicited as a total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the Size Standard for Small business is $36.5M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is between $1M and $5M. A single award is contemplated. Failure to submit an offer on all items shall result in rejection of the proposal. Solicitation and all information, notices, and amendments for this solicitation will be posted at http://www.fbo.gov. Instructions for obtaining plans for this solicitation are located in Section 00100. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than midnight 30 September 2018. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range.
