- OPTION CLIN Pricing Sheet Base CLIN Pricing Sheet Solicitation The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD), Oakland, CA intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for Potential Offeror to provide all labor and materials to accomplish drydock surveys and repairs onboard Training Ship GOLDEN BEAR located at the California Maritime Academy, 200 Maritime Drive, Vallejo, CA 94590, in accordance with the Statement of Work. The requested period of performance is on or after July 05, 2018 with vessel placed in drydock no later than 5 days after arrival to the Ship Yard and vessel leaving the Ship Yard to return to the California Maritime Academy no later than August 24, 2018. SITE VISIT A site visit will be conducted onboard the T.S. GOLDEN BEAR at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 200 Academy Drive, Vallejo, MA 94590. All potential offerors intending to submit an offer should plan to attend site visit. In order to make the site visit as productive as possible, offerors are also requested to submit any questions from the review of the solicitation package or as a result of site visit should be submitted in writing (email) to the Contracting Officer Melissa.Reams@dot.gov No Later Than 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Thusday, March 08, 2018 with solicitation number 6991PE18Q000013 in the subject line. Responses to questions will be issued by amendment to the solicitation package. Failure of a prospective offeror to submit any questions or to attend the site visit will be construed to mean that the offeror fully understands all requirements of the solicitation. Prospective offerors are advised that the site visit will be held solely to allow offerors an opportunity to gain the best possible understanding of the working environment and specific work items to be addressed under contract in order that they may prepare an accurate and complete price quote. All prospective offerors are advised that at the conclusion of the site visit, unless this solicitation is amended in writing, it will remain unchanged and, that if an Amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of any such amendment shall be applicable.
